Personal & Semi-Private Training

Personal and Semi-Private Training is an effective and efficient way to achieve your personal health and fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, then assess your posture and movement. With that information, we will either prepare you for our semi private Big Blue Strength Program or design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
