Beginner Strength is a progressive, skills-based program designed to help you learn proper movement, build strength safely, and gain confidence in the gym.
This program is ideal if you’re new to strength training, returning after time away, or want a structured environment where coaching and fundamentals come first.
Beginner Strength is a 2-day-per-week progressive program focused on mastering the basics and building strength through smart, personalized progressions.
You’ll train in a semi-private / small group setting, allowing for individual coaching while benefiting from the energy of training alongside others.
Training is built around fundamental movement patterns that support strength, performance, and everyday life.
Movement patterns include:
Squat
Hinge
Split stance
Single-leg work
Push
Pull
Core training focuses on:
Rotation & anti-rotation
(Anti) extension
(Anti) lateral flexion
Beginner Strength is a great fit if you:
- Are new to strength training
- Want to learn proper technique and movement patterns
- Prefer small group coaching with personalized guidance
- Want a clear, structured path to getting stronger
No prior lifting experience is required.
Beginner Strength is offered at the following times:
- Monday / Wednesday: 6:30pm
- Tuesday / Thursday: 5:30am or 9:30am
Beginner Strength is designed to help you build a solid foundation. As you progress, your coach will help guide you into the next training option that best fits your goals, whether that’s Team Strength, Personal Training, or another program.
