Choose from two convenient time slots: Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:30pm or Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:30pm. Our 1-hour sessions are tailored to fit your busy schedule, ensuring you never miss out on a chance to improve.

To join the youth strength program there is a criteria of skills all participants must learn or review through an orientation and assessment. This consists of at least one and any additional, hour and a half sessions one on one with a coach to teach and test these skills to ensure safety of each person once in the program. Once the participant achieves a passing score they can begin the program.
