Our onboarding process is designed to remove guesswork, build confidence, and create a clear path forward, whether you’re brand new to strength training or returning with experience.
Your first visit is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation with one of our coaches. There’s no workout and no obligation, just time to talk.
What we cover:
Your goals and training history
Any injuries, limitations, or concerns
What you want out of training long-term
A personalized recommendation for how to get started
By the end of this conversation, you’ll have a clear game plan and know exactly what your next step should be.
Once you’re ready to begin, we start with a personalized orientation built around you, not a generic program.
Over three personal training sessions, your coach will guide you through a full assessment process and begin building your individualized plan.
Your orientation includes:
Postural assessment
Movement assessment
Skill assessment
Anthropometric measurements (including RMR and body fat percentage)
Nutrition consultation
Goal setting
Personalized training plan
Prefer a small group environment or want to transition into group training right away? Strength School offers the same thorough onboarding process in a semi-private format.

Completed over 4 weeks
Same assessments and education as personal orientation
More time to practice movements and build confidence
