Hi, I’m Tyrell Ajian, a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), specializing in strength and conditioning as well as nutrition coaching. As a lifelong athlete and three-sport competitor growing up, fitness has always been at the core of who I am.

My background in athletics has not only shaped my approach to training but also fueled my passion for helping others achieve their goals — whether that’s building strength, improving performance, or developing a healthier lifestyle. I believe that living well starts with moving well, and that a strong body builds a strong mind.
