Paul has enjoyed working with beginners of all ages. Through both kids strength and conditioning summer and after school prgrams, as well as through a beginner strength program for older adults. Paul understands that everyone starts somewhere different and often times getting started is the biggest obstacle. Whether it is in the realm of fitness or nutrition, he loves helping people break through the barrier to entry and get people started on a path that is sustainable.
Paul graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BA in Kinesiology. He started training at a young age for multiple sports and started competitive powerlifting while at UK. Paul also emphasizes the importance of nutrition for a healthy lifestyle. Combined with exercise, proper nutrition is required to give yourself enough energy throughout the day and to recover from training. He enjoys working with individuals who are determined, eager to learn, and are ready to make lifestyle changes. He also loves to help those who are trying to find the balance between a healthy diet, exercise, and a busy lifestyle.
