So we start each new client/ member with 3-15 sessions where we evaluate, assess, and teach foundational movements. Whether you are interested in Personal Training, Semi-Private Strength Training, or Pilates. We personalize it to you! Once you have completed an orientation with us, you may purchase a membership or class pass for the classes or programs you want. Big Blue has two payment options for membership:
With no more than a 6:1 client to coach ratio in all of our semi-private sessions, you will never be left to figure it out alone. We are with you through it all!
